  Develop web sites, microsites, banner ads, online applications
  Collaborate with creative directors, graphic designers and other developers
  Analyze client requests/project requirements and create detailed project plans


Requirements:

  4&#45;year degree in Web design or computer science
  2 years work experience with Flash  (or just possess insane Flash skills)
  Able to provide work samples, including your role in the project
  Entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic
  Some experience with interface design
  Keeps up&#45;to&#45;date on the latest software and technologies, familiar with current Web standards and best practices
