The Flash developer is responsible for production of Web sites, rich internet applications, banner ads and landing pages.

Daily tasks include:

• Develop web sites, microsites, banner ads, online applications
• Collaborate with creative directors, graphic designers and other developers
• Analyze client requests/project requirements and create detailed project plans

Requirements:

• 4-year degree in Web design or computer science
• 2 years work experience with Flash (or just possess insane Flash skills)
• Able to provide work samples, including your role in the project
• Entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic
• Some experience with interface design
• Keeps up-to-date on the latest software and technologies, familiar with current Web standards and best practices
